I writing this after trying too much calling with Ecom customer support.
In Oct-2021, i ordered one package from MISO and it was delivered by ECOM express.
Due to product mismatch I placed return of the product and which was again picked up by ECOM agent. However he did not submit the same to the warehouse and did a fraud with me.
I had call recordings with that conforming the same. I also checked with other ECOM staff and I got to know that agent did fraud with lots of people. That Agent is removed from Ramgarh, Alwar Rajasthan and placed to Deeg, Bharatpur region.
I conveyed the same to ECOM customer care many times but there was no support. Although they know fraud happened but they don't want to accept. Finally decided to put my comments on consumer complaints.
