Delivery boy is not being supply the parcel and told that collect the parcel from the Ecom express office when I was reached at Ecom office the staff said that article have not been reached. I have to visit many times. When I call to delivery boy he doesn't attend call and bussy her phone. Please punish the delivery boy so that he doesn't repeat such practice to someone in future.please do the needful. Mobile number of delivery boy [protected]
