Ecom Express — Havent got my order

My order from nykaa NYK[protected] should have received day before yesterday bt still hasn’t got yet . got a text msg saying customer has requested to reschedule bt I haven’t requested any or didn’t I got any call from delivery agent . Also got a text yesterday saying products will deliver within 24 hrs but nothing happened . kindly deliver my product as soon
