Ecom Express — Holding my courier since 11 days and not delivering it

The Courier is lying with ecom hub, ahmedabad since 9th August, 2022. Today its 20th Aug, 2022 and it is still not delivered. Why should i suffer because of your internal issues. You should have delivered it in time but nor you are listening or understanding my issue or delivering. Kindly send the courier at delivery location or return it back to source.
Seriously pathetic service of ecom express

Please deliver it or for god sake return it to source so that i can get refund from AJIO
