[Resolved] Ecom Express — horrible delivery team and pathetic customer care | |||
They Recieved my Product for delivery on 27-5, Did not deliver at my address and said that product not delivered due to Customer not availiable which was a lie. I contacted them multiple times and was assured that the product will be delivered the next Day but it they never even attempted the same. After keeping the product with them for 13 Days, they returned the product to seller on 8-6, without even attempting to deliver it. Now after contacting them again, the customer service people are very rude and telling me that we do not the reason of return and cannot take any complaint regarding this product. They also told me not to call them back as they do not know anything and to contact seller directly !!! Pathetic service by Ecom Express team. Was this information helpful? | |||
