Ecom Express — I am complain about undeliver my parcel

I have online order with TATA Clique ane my shipment no is [protected]. My parcel arrived at Ahmedabad on[protected] at 7PM at my commercial office I have received call from delivery boy so I informed him that I left office so my parcel deposit with watchmen at my commercial office building but delivery boy pass msg that my address is untraceble and return my parcel I once àgain approach Ecom Express web site and inform that my parcel re deliver since than my complain status shown that my parcel available at Ahmedabad since[protected] but till the date it is not delivered to me.Pls help me.thanx
