Maine 2 august ko online kiya tha yeah product mere paas 8 august ko aaya mere paas dopahar mein yeah product bilkul bekar hai hi hi sath hi iska koi function sahi tarike se kam nahin kar raha hai battery kharab hai isliye main chahta hoon ki yeah item ecom express dwara wapas ho aur mera paisa refund ho. Main hamesha se online shopping karta raha hoon aur regular customer hoon mere saath kabhi aisa hua nahin hai aur chahta hoon ki mujhe mera paisa wapas diya jaye aur ye samaan wapas jaye dhanyavad... They are not delivering my product nither they have contacted me and the product is in their office .when i contacted them they told me that i should come to thier office and collect the product because the product is heavy 20 kg to be exact
