Ecom Express — I am complaining about the poor service of Ecomexpress

I've ordered my product on 6th Oct and the product was to be delivered by 10th of October 2021 it has not been delivered till today .ie. 15of October 2021 .
Very poor service . Cannot trust on it because my product can be tampered .And what is the guarantee .
