My Order is coming from Ecom. On 10 Feb, Delivery boy call me and Asked me for entry in society. I was allowed. But after 30-40min he called again me on phone and told that he forgot to carry my parcel so he will deliver next day. But till today I will not get that.
Point of Complaint :
1. Security:
If Delivery boy not have my parcel then why he take permission for entry. Is Our security joke?
2. Delivery boy mark I am not at address:
If I am not at address then why i allowed him for entry. And I was available at that whole day.
3. I am in loss:
I booked to send order to someone else on 12th feb. But till 12th feb evening i not got product so i will be in loss of ₹2500. Is Ecom filled my loss?
4. Delivery boy is greedy:
Delivery boy know what is in product and like greedy told me he want to take this product. But each and every time i denied. Is Ecom have any policy that delivery boy can take product of customer?
Due to all above points, I am unsafe, product is unsafe and always be in loss if partnership with ecom.
If Ecom Unable to take action against these, I leave to use Ecom express as well as take legal action against Ecom by filling the complaint in Court.
