Ecom Express — I had ordered a product through ajio and its not delivered

The product ordered has reached kottayam on 6.6.2021. But it has not been delivered. I get messages daily stating the product could not be delivered but there is no attempt on delivery, not a single communication other than a mesage stating it could not be delivered. I tried the customer service number but the same is also not working. The product is stuck at kottayam for the past 5 days with no action taken vy ecomexpress. My AJIO order ID is FL[protected]/[protected]. Do look into the matter.
