Ecom Express — I have mistakenly cancelled my order at the delivery point

I'm not at the spot and I requested my brother to take the order and I have mistakenly said the I have not ordered the product and my told the same to the delivery person.
So he left the delivery point
I need the product back
But there is the RTO lock
Can you please remove it
So can get my product back
