Ecom Express — I have not yet received the package

My order from Myntra with tracking number [protected] has not yet delivered to me. I contacted the ecom express they were telling that the product will be delivered by 28 th October 2020 but I didn't received it yet. I talked with the customer care executive but he was not able to hear my voice. Please help me with it and let me know when I can expect the delivery of the item.
