Ecom Express — I still not received my product from club factory but it shows that your order is delivered

I ordered a purse (So[protected] but still i don't receive the product. On 20th nov i got the message that your order is delivered. But still the order is not delivered to me. I see again the message to find out the number of delivery boy but in the message there was no any number of delivery boy. I was very excited for that product please take any action.

I have ordered online from ishirt online website. Today i received the product with awb no [protected]. Ecomexpress team delivered today. I have cod for the product to ecom exe.. i have received fake product. I informed ecom to stop payment .. they are not doing... I think ecom team is intentionally tied up and encouraging such things...

From last 6 to 7 days the tracking information is only showing pick rescheduled. May i know the reason for the reschedule why the pick up is being delayed for the last 6 to 7 days without any other information regarding the reason provided. Worst service ever. Delaying delivery on their end.
