Ecom Express — I'm complaining about delivery (consignee not available) | |||||
Dear, Regarding waybill#[protected]. I'm ordered from[protected]. Daily I make tracking of my consignment. Yesterday I saw status it's showing consignee not available. (Sunday). Ok no problem. I awaiting today also. Till now I waiting for delivery. But now it's showing same status "consignee not available". I don't why they're making like this. And one more the delivery place near my house only 5 km (valliyoor). And also l mentioned my mobile number also in that delivery point address. And also I tried all customer care numbers. Delhi, Salem, tirunelveli, nagerkoil. But no response. So please reply me the reason of my non delivery consignment. Don't put again"consignee not available".
