Ecom Express — I'm complaining about item not delivered | |
I'm Sneha. AWB number is [protected]. Item is not delivered but I got a message that my order will be delivered on November 8th 2021. But if I track, the status is showing as Customer refused to accept, I haven't got any call from the delivery guy, how can the status be refused to accept.
