[Resolved] Ecom Express — item not delivered but in website tracking they have updated as delivered

I have ordered some items from banggood.com from china, in india ecom express has to collect the product and deliver it. They have updated the status as delivered while im tracking online but i didn't receive the item. Even after complaining it to costumer service i didn't get that. Airway bill no is[protected].
The delivery boy name is rohitkumar

I had ordered a product from bangood which was shipped through alljoy, the tracking is showing that the parcel has been received by the post office but the tracking number provided by the alljoy company is not traceble with them, so kindly provide an india tracking number.Tracking number ALJCC[protected]YQ
