Ecom Express — Item not delivered ,status showing delivered. | |||
I had one order [AWB-[protected]] scheduled to be delivered on 1st Aug, 2021. On that day a person(probably delivery guy) called me abd asked where to deliver the product.I told him my address.5 minutes later I got a message showing that the item has been delivered to me, but it has been 10 days sonce them and I haven't received the package. I have even checked with my neighbour s, no one has received it. I called the customer care, each time they say 'your issue will be resolved in 72 hours' .After that no response even after 240 hours, I have called them 5 times, but no use.I even wrote to the [protected]@ecomexpress.com email, but no response feom there as well. This is a very serious issue, we all depend on your services, amid these times and if your service is like this, then it is worth giving attention. Please look into this.
