I had ordered an item from Myntra worth Rs. 1159/-. Due to some issue I placed a return request on January 31, 2022. I received the message from Ecom Express on February 01, 2022 that my reverse pick up order no. [protected] of Myntra will be picked up by Ecom Express Executive Ph No. [protected] on February 01, 2022. I gave the reverse pick up item to the Ecom Express executive on February 01, 2022 at 01:23 PM. However, I didnt received any SMS from Ecom express executive regarding proof of pickup. I got a SMS from Myntra regarding cancellation of my return request as they were unable to pick up the item. I lodged the complaint with Myntra. Myntra is asking for proof of SMS received from Ecom Express regarding reverse pickup. Now, neither i am having my product nor refund has been provided. Hence, I want refund of my amount Rs. 1159/- along with a compensation of Rs. 5000/- from Ecom Express as its executive took my product and has not updated Myntra about this and I am mentally harassed by calling customer care nos. of myntra, Ecom Express no.
