My shipment with awb [protected] has been returned without informing me, reason they mentioned it is containment zone but its not. I have never seen any pathetic service like yours. The concern is, you should have contact me first, either they can deliver or i can pick it directly. I will raise a grievance in consumer court regarding the same, for my inconvenience.
