[Resolved] Ecom Express — Item showing as delivered where the item is not yet received | |
There was a courier that was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it didn't happen. And surprisingly, the status shows as delivered. How is this even possible? Never expected such irresponsibility from Ecom Express. I will be adding the last message I have received, Dear Customer, your WEGUARANTEE.IN "Pre-paid" shipment awb [protected] is out for delivery by ECOM executive Ph: [protected] PIN: *********(will mail the number is needed). After this, no idea what happened. When I check the status, it's showing as delivered. I tried to reach the executive with the number given and its saying the awb number as incorrect. Great right? Kindly do the needful and make sure that I receive my item. If not, I will be filing a case against the company no matter what extend I might have to go.
