Ecom Express — Its been 14 days my product is picked up. ITs not delivered yet

I sent a costly item to a service center through the product warranty,

They had assigned ecom express for pickup. The item was picked up on 15th May 2021. It is still not delivered to service center even after 14 days.

Worst service.

I am scared if someone could take my item
