I have brought an item from Moglix but due to some issue I requested to exchange, which they approved. Today I received a call and sms from ecom xpress courier partner, the screenshot short of which is attached. When I visited to the courier boy he refused to pickup and uses rude language, even he called me make complaint wherever you can. After waiting for more than 2 hours i get back to home. Unfortunately first he called me to bring your product then refused. This courier boy namely Aamir Nazir has used very rude language. Take some action I will also file a complaint in Hobble Court as he misbehaved me and was telling give me 500 INR., Which I refused. Thanks
