Ecom Express — keep on postponing the delivery date and rude behaviour by the customer care service

These People have no working ethics. They kept on postponing the delivery of the products. For my surprise they are still postponing it. I called them and they were rude to the extent of saying That they wont register any complaint in this regard. They even laughed over the issue. Lakshmi singh - Employee id : 12530, from Delhi office was specifically rude. If I don't get the products Ordered in another day or two, I may take necessary legal Steps in this regard.

nobody contacted..ultimatly the package got delivered in 15 days. no response from neither snapdeal nor from e com express. thats how the customers are treated.

Flipkar.com - AWB #[protected]. Scheduled Delivery - 29th October, 2014 but there is no sign of delivery ECOM - highly unprofessional
