We have ordered on sg on 14/6/2023, ecom got the order in 14th or 15th, and now it is 25/6/2023, it has been thrice the amount of days sg promised to deliver the product in, and whenever we called customer care they said attempt to deliver will be made tomorrow and when we called the next day they always said sorry sir attempt has not been made tomorrow we will guarantee make attempt. Ecom guarantees a maximum three day delivery but it has been almost four times that time, so we think if we do not get the product within 24hours from now, we will lodge a complaint in a police station or in any other way, and when we try to contact ecom also all the time only a bot answers the call. Ecom delivers on Sunday as well when we check in website and google but they never deliver it, we hope they deliver it within 24 hours of this post or we will lodge a complaint against them as it is against their own rules. And on top of that we don’t live in a remote area also. We live in Madhapur Hyderabad which is very famous area. Very bad experience from ecom and sg.
