Ecom Express — Lost my parcel

It has been 5 days since my parcel reached my hometown. It contains medicine from Netmeds. But The necessary parcel like medicine is delayed by ecom. They always promise and say we will deliver tomorrow. When I reached the Ecom office they said me that kal subeh 10 baje tak pakka deliver ho jayega aaj mil nahi rha . But till now I haven’t received my medicine. Its very urgent for me . Disappointing
