Ecom Express — Misbehaviour And Bad experience | |||
It is to inform that the ecom hub in oru locality is not providing the customer service as you assureed home delivery and treating the customers with rage and rude they are not providing the parcels on bad attitude even if the item reaches the hub they are taking no necessary action to deliver the item and whenever we go personally to collect the parcel they are giving lame excuse like the phone was not reachable or network issues And also treating the customers very badly this has happed several times to me and even to my friends i hope you will take necessary actions and also against the employees with this attitude only give bad reputation to all the ecom services Was this information helpful? | |||
