Ecom Express — Misbehaviour and delivery delay | |||
Today I faced a terrible situation with your service. Your delivery boys shouted at my mom! That was a very terrible mistake you have made to a customer. All the time, all the orders are collected by myself at your courier center. In the previous situation, they took lot of time to deliver my order . They wasted my time at their center .They refused to took my online transaction. WHY? Therefore I told them to deliver items to my home. But they took more than one day to even call me, even the item has arrived there earlier. Why these people behaving like this. I am buying online items since 2018.
