Ecom Express — Misbehaviour of the courier boy and manager.

The product was out for delivery for 3 days and the courier boy didn’t even call me and he was updating daily like they were unable to deliver the product. Finally today i reached the ecom express office at bagepalli -561207 at the manager was like he doesn’t give the product which i have ordered. He was very rude and he started scolding without any reason. And i have recorded the video the way he behaved with me. We order products and pay money for that. But the delivery candidates and the manager at the office aren’t behaving well with the customers. Consider this seriously issue and please resolve this matter. I request ecom express to take serious action against the manager and courier boy.
