[Resolved]  Ecom Express — missing item in my package delivered and also a wrong item in it

I had ordered Maxel Ak 2002 Epilator Pink & White and quantity was two. The package was delivered on April 27 2019 and amount was collected for two pieces. When I opened the package I found only one item that too a wrong one in the package. Right now return is initiated for that wrong item. I mailed to the help centre still the issue is not resolved. I want either one more to be delivered at earliest or please refund the money of the same. We had ordered with a trust that we get a good service and products but here it is not up to mark.
