Ecom Express — Mistake of delivering agent | |
My order was out for delivery which was to be done by ecom express. I did not receive any calls from the delivering agent, instead i gave him a call and was given false assurance that he will deliver within 5 mins. But later after waiting for half an hour outside my house at 8 p. M. I got a message stating that it was unable to deliver. Then i contacted the seller and was again asked to wait till 29th. At 12 am on 29th i recieved a message stating that my product was sent back to seller because the agent could not reach me. Why are such things not taken care of by the logistics. Please be more responsive and resolve my issues as soon as possible. I want my product delivered. Was this information helpful? | |
