Ecom Express — Money debited from my account but transaction failed

This is Jothibasu from Erode, Tamilnadu. On 8th October 2021, I made transaction in the jio mart, my money has been debited from my account but transaction failed. Still now I didn't receive any amount from the ecom express.

Here with I attached the message which I received during the time.

Rs.217.88 spent on POS/Ecom using IB Debit card on 08/10/21 13:59 at Paytm Noida from Ac:XXX066161. Bal:5666.54 CR -IndianBank.

So I kindly request you to make necessary steps to return back money to my account as soon as possible.
