Ecom Express — money taken by delivery boy and not delivered the product

I am an instagram seller. I sold an imported product to my customer i. E., two handbags of same design in different colours. The delivery boy of ecom express took the money from the customer of both the bags and delivered only one. He asked the customer that he will deliver the product after one day. But he did'nt. I called the delivery boy in behalf of my customer and he told me that he will return the money beacuse the 2nd bag returned to the supplier back. But now its more than a week. He is not replying to neither messeges nor calls. I m upoalding the photos of the products with invoice and delivery boy number. Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible. The grey colour bag which is shown below is delivered and the pink one is cancelled. The total amount was ₹980. Only one bag is delivered so customer want her ₹480 back.
