I booked some product on Meesho, dated 09/03/22. Delivery address was my office address. On Sunday 13/03/22, 11:13 am I got a message that Ecom Express Executive will deliver the package on that day. At 04.09 pm again got a message that my package was undelivered as the address was unlocatable. No phone call was made by the delivery boy. On 14/03/22, I made a request to reattempt delivery, but till now I did not get the package. I think the delivery boys of this company does not deliver courier, they just update status as address was unlocatable from their home or branch office. A Hyundai Car Showroom on National Highway is really unlocatable? Why doesn't they make a call to the customer? Was this information helpful? |
