Ecom Express — My parcel has been locked at ecom centre

Address: 2879, block-c,Aerocity, Mohali, Punjab

I requested delivery person to give me open box delivery and he refused me and took back order. Next day i visited their ecom centre in my location, then they told me that my order is locked, it will take some time. Now what can i do to unlock it earlier.

it has been 10 days of my order, order was already late.
