Ecom Express — My parcel is not delivered and no attempt was made no call

My parcel is from nykaa I ordered two items and it was supposed to be delivered by 23 oct and that day when the delivery boy called me I missed the call then I rescheduled for the delivery to be made the next day 24 October but the delivery boy did not call me and made no attempt to deliver my parcel and then the status was showing that address not locatable and address not found, they did not even called me, and I had to rescheduled the delivery for next day again 25 October I got the message that my parcel is out for delivery but still I got no call from the delivery boy and at noon when I called the delivery boy and asked about my parcel he told me that he just simply forgot, and now he is far from my area so today I will not get my delivery and tomorrow someone else will try to deliver it and again I had to rescheduled the date 26 October and that day again I got message from nykaa that today I will get my parcel but no call, no attempt was made to deliver my parcel and at 3:45 AM the status was showing that OFD Lock applied. And today 27 October still the same status is showing OFD Lock applied. My delivery AWB Number is [protected]. Please make sure to deliver my parcel as soon as possible .
