Ecom Express — My parcel is still undelivered and not getting any updates on it

Recently I sent my smartphone for repairing by Ecom express on 20th February order no is XT2235899 and AWB Number is [protected] on 28 February it reached Delhi but then it's showing undelivered and also not updates given regarding this.

your delivery agent not even tried tried to deliver.I already asked my shopping portal multiple times.and also how many times you have attempted to delivery ?.don't lie and please deliver it as soon as possible.
