Had ordered Micheal kors bag from AJIO LUXE app on 9th Feb 2022. As per the information received earlier, i was supposed to receive the product on 16th Feb 2022. Even after calling customer care executive after 16th of Feb 2022, i was informed that my product would be delivered within 24hrs. It's been seven days post scheduled date of delivery and I have still not received the product and it's still in the status "SHIPMENT AT DELIVERY CENTRE". Kindly help to sort the issue at the earliest before taking a serious action, since it is a luxury bag which has high price.
