Ecom Express — My product has been delivered | |
I have booked a product while i track it showed that it reached my town on 4th august 2020 and the delivery boy did not called me i called the delivery boy he asked me to come to office and collect such a worst service company provides i asked him the delivery boy to come to my house and deliver he said ok and kept a status that i refused my order (The delivery boys of this company are such irresponsible and less commitment fellows) from this only we can understand that this is a worst company ut i called customer care daily from 4th august to 14th august every day they says it will be deliver to you in 24 hours on 15th august when i see the status it shows that it has been returned and i am badly in need of my product i want my product right now ecom express is such a worst company My sincere request to all you please don't order through ecom express if you order it is just a waste of time and money Was this information helpful? | |
