Ecom Express — My product is stuck in Delhi and still not dispatched

Hi Ecom,

My shipment with AWB [protected] is scheduled to be delivered on 14th July, 2020 but it is stuck in Delhi from 11th July, 2020. Can I get an update on this ASAP? I have called many times but no use
Also please provide with a proper contact number where human interaction is available
