Ecom Express — My shipment is not delivered | |
My shipment tracking number [protected]. My myntra order no 114445522562988343903. I ordered the item on myntra on 19th june 2020. And the shipment tracking id is assigned on 23rd june 2020, According to this in ecom express portal also it shows they received the information on 23rd june 2020. After that everyday they have reschedule the pickup. Initially i contacted ecom express they told that the problem is from shopping portal. After that i contacted myntra they told that the product will be delivered. But now on ecom express its showing "shipment rto lock" for my tracking number. I contacted the customer care its now telling my tracking number as invalid number. I want my item and i have also prepaid for that, please make it deliverables as both ecom express and myntra both promised but not delivered it. Was this information helpful? | |
