It's been a month since we posted our complaint. And still you have not responded yet? We are not getting our refund back. Your delivery guy misplaced our product and now we have to suffer. You can atleast find out easily the guy from ECOM express who picked our other orders, the same guy who mistook the Satrani Saree as to be picked by him. Can You please kindly give us his contact number. He will be able to answer where the order is.

The AWB no does not match the shipment your delivery agent has picked up.
We have not received AWB no regarding the picked up item and he has not given us any confirmation message about it as well.
I really want to contact the delivery agent who was operating in our location in sept 7- Sept 8 time.
You can surely have the details.The same person has taken the shipment on Sept 8th as I have already mentioned above.Please get me the details of the agent who has visited to our place as we had a talk on Sept 8th regarding our shipment misplace and he said it has been given to your warehouse.
