Ecom Express — Neither delivered my product nor returning to seller

Awb no is [protected].My order shipped on 28.1.2022 from Shopee. It was a prepaid order. Ecom didn't deliver it to me. No one came to my place n no call I missed but ecom updated wro g status that customer refusee to accept. I hv conplained so many times but always getting wrong information from ecom that ofd lock applied from Shopee but Shopee told that they unlocked. So much harrassment from ecom. Now after I cancelled my order on 2.2.2022.its 12 th now but ecom didn't even return my product to seller coz of that my prepaid amt is blocked with Shopee. Worst services. Kindly assist n order a huge fine to ecom so that customers r not harrassed so much. Plz help.
