I have ordered a product from flipkart 1 week before. It was about to be delivered on 15th March. On that day I received a message stated that product is undelivered because customer refused to accept it. But the fact is, delivery boy not even called me once. Then after lot of customer calls to flipkart and ecom express, they confirmed me that the product will be delivered today. And I got a delivery message with pin number and even received a call from ecom delivery. But the call disconnected automatically in 5 seconds without any answer. Now I again received a message stated that the product is undelivered within 2 minutes after that call
Don't know what the ECOM Express is thinking (or their's delivery boy). I tried to connect with ecom express with that pin number but that too failed. This is the worst ever delivery agent I faced (and most of the customer it seems).
If you can't deliver the product then can't you inform the customer? I am raising this complaint only after I tried to contact the ecom express customer care multiple times but no response from them
