Hello please provide an update on my shipment. There has been no status update since 10th september 2017. The item was shipped on 8th september from bangalore and is routed to agartala. The last update shows it to be in kolkata and in transit and no further updates since last 4 days. Please look into it. There is no toll free customer support number for ecom express as well.
