[Resolved] Ecom Express — No track of my consignment

My air waybill no. :[protected].
I have ordered for an item from Snap Deal on 08/10/2014. The consignment was handed over to you by them on 11/10/2014. Till date I have not received the consignment. I tried to talk to your CSE but he himself did not have any knowledge about the where abouts of the consignment. I tried to check on your tracking link but was of no use. The tracking system is not updated. The last update was done on 20/10/2014 after I talked to your CSE.
Can you tell me where the consignment is? Whether it will be delivered to me or not, or should I take any other legal action against all concerned?
A very bad experience and a very bad service. Such an experience was not expected from reputed organizations - Snap Deal, and Ecom Express.
