Ecom Express — Non delivery items shows as delivered

Hello Ecom Express,

I have ordered materials from Ajio and delivery person called me and taken OTP and ensured to deliver the material on 25th November, 2021
But, till now he hasn't knock my door and the thing is status shows as delivered
When I tried to call that contact number it is not connected

Kindly track and help me to get the order.
