I am a ecommerce seller who sells through amazon and i was shipping my parcels using Ecom Express. my all parcels dimensions are 12x12x2cm and weights hardly 120 grams, but still i pay for the parcel upto 500 grams, but suddenly after few days of shipping the parcel the ecom express puts an fake weight discrepancy on that and and charges me for 1 kg parcel which is twice the amount i pay for 500gm. i have all the proofs of my parcels (photos, also i can show you my amazon product listing you can match it from there). There is no way to contact ecom express, their official number available in public forums is switched off, i have mailed them 10s of times no reply, but in linkedin sometimes they reply and all they say is we are looking to solve your issue, but even after a month nothing has been solved, and i have to keep paying them extra money for the courier.

    I have been making online purchases for a few years. But this is the first time I have seen such irresponsible service.
    Your Palakkad service is very wasteful. Because my material reached Palakkad few days back but still not delivered. Delivery boy and manager never pick my call.

    I get this message everyday.
    "Dear Customer, Your AwB [protected] was undelivered. For details, please call Delivery Manager [protected] from 7am-9pm or the shipper - Ecom Express".

      Delivery man Mr. Rizwan Khan [protected] called us asking for delivery address. We gave the address and still our package is not delivered. On tracking, it says OFD lock. Please unlock it and deliver our package. AWB [protected]. Also, how and why delivery man didn't have the delivery address in the first place? Why are you troubling us for no reason? It's a request kindly deliver the package as soon as possible.

        Hey there, i had ordered a buds from Mi store which has been couriered by Ecom, its reach at my destination at 4 days ago, their delivery boy call me and said that we were dont gonna deliver at your location and u have to pick up your courier from our office, then i reach to mi support they said u get it on 3 days, every single day ecom boy get to out for delivery and shown undilivered in status with out contacting me...now they applied OFD lock in my courier..such a worse courier service ...My AWB number: [protected]

          private no. and he is very abusive on call, i request him to cancel my
          order so he update he cant cancel the order and delivery manager supporting delivery agent on call he update he never delivered my order on my address .

            Hi Team - I have placed the order to Milton site on 29th April 2024.

            The product will be delivered through an Ecom Express courier partner.

            Product Name - Kool Rover Insulated Plastic Water Jug × 1

            Order Number:33265

            AWB Number:[protected]

            I have sent an email to Ecom Express and the Milton Support team, and followed up multiple times. Still, the product has not been delivered.

            I checked the status online and it was showing "RTO lock revoked".

            Almost two weeks have passed and the product has not been delivered yet.

            My time is being wasted and they have to give me 10000 RS waivers for this inconvenience.

              I order a protein supplement on 10th May and it was supposed to be delivered on 14th may. But delivery person didn't attempted didn't even called me about address(if incase he got confused) and more over when I tried to call him he declined my call multiple times. Without informing anything they cancelled my delivery. I checked through website and I rescheduled it to 15. This no message nothing about the product. Again when I checked in website they put my order in OFD lock. I tried to reach customer support but it's not even working. I don't how they put and why they put my order in OFD lock. I have been using multiple delivery platform but never faced such issue. This is my first ever worst experience. Kindly help me on this. I needed my product at earliest. Here are the product details

                This is regarding my shipment with AWB: [protected].

                I was expecting to receive the shipment on April 28th, 2024, and it has now been more than 15 days since the delivery failed. When I traced the AWB, it showed RTO lock and OFD Lock. Could you please explain what this means? Also, I have not received any notifications regarding this issue. The current status is 'Returned.' What does this mean, and when can I expect to receive my shipment? Additionally, when I tried contacting the customer care number at +91-[protected], it was not reachable.

                  I ordered two items on[protected] from Purplle.com*It was a prepaid order*. Estimated delivery date was on[protected]. On[protected] my courier was out for delivery. I received a call from the delivery agent asking about the address at 5:15 pm. The same time I recieved a text message that my courier got undelivered as they couldn't contact me because my phone was switched off. I rescheduled the order to[protected] and called the Ecom Express manager. He said that it will get delivered on[protected]. I contacted Purplle.com customer care service and they consoled me. On[protected] my order was out for delivery and again got undelivered. Delivery agent has not even tried to contact me or arrive at the location. When I called, they didn't answered. The same thing is happening for the past 4 days. Now my courier is OFD locked?

                    I ordered my books on 12th march and it's been almost 2 months now(10may) but my product is still undelivered everytime it shows undelivered or pickup failed when i try to track my order on the website and now it's showing RTO lock revoked i don't know what is that but i know i am never getting anything shipped from this site ever again.

                      I am informimg to you that Rajeev kumar is name of a manager at Maharajganj, Siwan Bihar. misbehavior has been done with my wife.
                      about a courier, Awb no-[protected] . his contact no-[protected], . This guy is very rude, he has made such people managers. its very important to teach him a lesson.
                      Other wise mjhe benakab karna hoga aise logo by news channel or social media. Ecom ka name kharab kar rhe hai market me.

                      We want reply from ecom express as sson as possible & please take actionin against of Rajiw kumar.

                      Aplog aise admi ka no bhejte kyu hai ? customer to call karega na
                      esko thodi bhi sharm nhi aai call karte hi badtamiji se baat shuru kiya

                          I have a product which had to be delivered by 20th April but is not delivered by 30th April
                          In the first attempt the delivery agent has contacted me to deliver the package saying my area is too far he said he will make it delivered next day and had cancelled the delivery saying the user was not available but after that no delivery agent has contacted
                          Every day it says product is out for delivery but no one contacts and at the end they cancels it saying the person was not contactable
                          and now I found in the tracking page ofd lock is applied this has been worst experience,
                          The package is prepaid And I do not know what to do in even in the deliver agent number they send in the messages they now send my own number
                          This is more than bad experience the package is prepaid and I do not know what to do if the deliver agent want I will also pay them extra to make the product delivered as it is very important to me but this is extremely bad never had such a experience in delivery

                            I'm getting a product from eCom-Express but I didn't do any order from any of the websites but a delivery boy was came from eCom-Express at my door steps and deliver the product and asking for money, Finally he take the charges of the product.                               Delivery Boy doesn’t know how to talk with customers, He refused to come to the location & said that he will return my shipment. Behaviour is very rude even Seller won’t Behave the way this delivery boys behaved. Without delivering a parcel he went. I request Ecom Express to trained there staff well. I hope I will get a prompt respond to my matter

                                    Hello my name is Vijay.
                                    I ordered food colors from meesho app and the supplier is Papilon.
                                    The product was shipped on 9th April and it reached in Bhiwandi at 11th April but after that no update or delivery till date in mumbai.

                                    Please check as the customer support number never worked and customer care is also automated as they always copy paste same message but no real resolution till date.
                                    All my other parcels reached which i ordered after that date from other states from different apps and couriers but this is stuck badly with no response at all.

                                      I have been scammed and delivered a cod package for an amount of Rs.1200, which doesn't have any information regarding the seller on the package, neither the invoice .I never ordered this package, but with my name, phone number and address is mentioned with some order ID: 6105187. I am trying to call the Ecom Express support and delivery boy to complain about the same, but they're not responding. Ecom Express, please check into this, collect this product and do refund for the same.
