I placed an order on[protected] on mi.com and order id is [protected] and order having charger and cable.

Now order shipped on[protected] and shipment received on[protected] at Delivery hub Sumerpur, Rajasthan and same day I got message your parcel is out for delivery.

Today is[protected] date still i didn't get the parcel or any delivery person call or email or delivery person never came even around my location.

I complained on mi.com and they say query resolve in one day but still doesn't got the solution and ecom express is not replying of any communication.

I have attached all the reference images for order placed proof, delivery tracking reference that showing delivery still is not done yet.

You are the only hope to get justice and request you to either get my money back or my parcel.

    I got a call from ecom express courier this morning that your parcel has arrived. I said I have Sunday off, deliver my parcel tomorrow, but the courier boy was telling me that you give me OTO on call today and he will deliver the parcel tomorrow. I told them give me the parcel then I will give OTP then they told me you give me OTP now otherwise they will cancel your order. And they canceled my order.

      I have ordered a MuscleBlaze Biozyme Performance Whey, 500 g (1.1 lb), Rich Chocolate and it was assigned to Ecom Express to deliver the product. It's been 7 days and they have 3 delivery attempts to deliver the products and closed all the attempts with false undelivered claims.

      They have made the claims like "Customer Refused Delivery at Doorstep", "Shipment attempted - could not be delivered due to Heavy Rains / Natural Calamity", "Customer not available".

      These above claims are completely baseless and false and there was no such calamity happened in my place. They haven't even tried to deliver the product and they haven't made any delivery attempt except making those false claims.

      Hence i want this delivery to be cancelled and the amount to be refunded back to the original source.

            1. My shipment from mypustak was scheduled to arrive today by AWB[protected].
            2. The delivery associate called me from mobile number [protected]. He told me to collect it from him by giving his address. Upon telling him that he is supposed to deliver, he refused delivery.
            3. He also told me to share an OTP for rescheduling the delivery which I refused. Later on I have got a message that the parcel was “undeliverable”.
            4. It is requested that the delivery may please be carried out.

                I am seller on Meesho. I received COD order for my product
                Meesho order no.[protected]_1
                Ecom delivered the product awb no. [protected]

                The cusotmer returned the order without any reason attaahing pics for that.
                Return order awb [protected]

                According to Meesho customer support I should complaint to Ecom but no response from both the sides

                  Shipment sent on 10th January by our company GH Farm Private Limited- natural food producer company. Delivery partner ecom express faked delivery attempts thrice. Neither the buyer-consignee nor the seller-ourselves got any call for the delivery and the non delivered reason is simply marked as consignee not available wrongly. Despite escalating multiple times, the escalation is simply ignored. Finally on Jan26 ofd lock is applied by the ecom express in a fraud manner.

                  We sent a high value order Rs3235 and it got struck with no further update from the delivery partner.

                      This is very very bad about your ecom express. My product is ordered 4 day ago and I have filled properly my address but this do not deliver and when I call they never say truth . They speak full lie . I really want to slap this ecom such a dirty and super disappointed experience 😡😡😡😡😡.

                        Hi my order is to be delivered by 15 Jan yet it's still stuck I want to get it delivered by today I can see it's in same city for days now and not actually getting the delivery even after delivery date has been passed the I'd is [protected]

                          My shipment number is [protected] which was shipped through Ecom Express. The order is stuck in the same place since over 4 days. It is in a close location to me and ideally should have been delivered 3 days ago. Ecom told me that the shipment is untraceable. I don’t understand what that is supposed to mean. I want immediate resolution to this.

                            With respect to the above tracking number the correct pin code is 560091 and not 560092, accedently both the pin codes are mentioned from fire boltt, kindly get it delivered to 560091

                                  Tracking number [protected] says that product is delivered to customer at 10:53 AM ON 4th Jan but I have not received this product.I checked with main gate security and I have my main gate footage where no one came to deliver anything.
                                  They have not shared the delivery agent number.
                                  Please help me resolving this issue.
                                  The Amazon product is AO SMITH Z2+ RO cost around 17k.

                                    Product was booked on 25th of December, even after multiple follow-up no dates / updates are provided neither the product was delivered, nor the mail was addressed. No dates were provided, only point of contact (IVC) still states expected date as 30th Dec 2023.

                                      Had ordered a product from Nifa Traders which was sent through ECom Express vide docket number[protected].

                                      when i got a delivery message on 27th December. i waited for their call to deliver the product, however when i did not get a call till evening, i called them in the evening and i was told that he went back. when i checked with our security, i was told that no one came in looking for me.

                                      i called them again on 28th where i was told that he is in Singeshwar and will come in today. again in the evening when i called him, i was told that he met with an accident and could not come.

                                      i called them again on 29th, where i was told he will come and as usual did not turn up. when i called him again, he says that my place is far off and he cannot come.

                                      today when i called in the morning, i get to know that the courier is sent back to the supplier.

                                      it is disheartening to know that people does not make any attempts to deliver the product and return saying that customer refused to accept the materials.
