[Resolved] Ecom Express — not able to know the status of my parcel | |
I ordered some electronics from hp store on 4/11/2018 and they mailed me courier details and expected delivery date which was within 1 working day. Today is 10/11 and i called hp they told me that parcel is with the courier services and gave me address which is :- Ecom express, near j&k city grid station, national highway 1a, sangoor, jammu, jammu and kashmir 182101 However i called ecom customer care executive and he told me that parcel is not with them and asked me call hp store. Now i am stuck between blame game of hp store and ecom express. Also the address i mentioned above dnt have any contact no. Working.. They provided false contact number which dont exist.
