I want to draw your attention to the fact about that a percel which was come through Ecom Express, was not deliver in my address. The main culprit is the delivery boy who did not call me but uploaded in the website that my location is not established. In the very first day I could not received the call for some reason but from the second day he called me and I received that but I could not get any voice from the other side and suddenly the call disconnected and i received the message that my location is not established. What a rubish delivery boy!!! From that day he did not call me a single time and continuously i take the same messages. Then I went to the Ecom express office and there I was known that my parcel is cancelled and it will return. For the delivery boy my parcel did not reach me and it was my valuable parcel. I am truly dissatisfied that reason and I shall suggest my all friends that Ecom express has not any responsibility and they give only fake promises.
