Ecom Express — not delivered my order in time

I have ordered medicines on february 2nd and it didn't delivered till now. I called and asked customer care services and they informed the problem with delivery service and then i called ecom customer care and he replied the medicines will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours and till now i didn't get my medicines. I track my order and it shows shipment rto lock. Kindly reply and do me needful
